Goat Cheese & Prosciutto Toast

Serves: 1

-Slice of Sourdough
-Goat Cheese
-Olive Oil
-Lemon Juice
-Hot Honey
-Balsamic Glaze

-SLC Black Truffle Salt

-Slice sourdough and grill both sides with olive oil over medium heat
-Mix 4 TBSP goat cheese with ½ tsp of olive oil, ½ tsp of lemon juice, + a pinch of salt
-Spread goat cheese mixture over toasted bread
-Top with 3-4 slices of prosciutto
-Chop 1 date and sprinkle on toast
-Drizzle ½ tbsp of hot honey + ½ tbsp of balsamic glaze
-Finish with a sprinkle of thyme and heavy pinch of SLC Black Truffle Salt
