Prosciutto Roll Ups


-1 Sheet Puff Pastry




-1 beaten egg

-Calabrian Chili Paste

-Hot Honey

-SLC Pesto Salt


  1. Preheat the oven to 400F
  2. Spread 3 TBSP of Calabrian chili paste onto the thawed puffed pastry
  3. Drizzle a thin layer of hot honey over the chilis 
  4. Cut the puff pastry into 6 squares
  5. Cut a rectangle of Manchego cheese 1.5 inches long and wrap in prosciutto 
  6. Sprinkle shredded gouda cheese over each square then roll up
  7. Brush each roll up with egg wash and sprinkle with SLC pesto salt
  8. Bake for 15 minutes
