Flaky Bacon Salt

This one blew my mind when I first tried it. I asked if we could make a bacon salt and my salt guru Zach whipped this shit up. It legitimately tastes exactly like bacon. Obviously great as a finishing salt for breakfast food, and likely first of its kind.
